Among his real estate transactions was the sale of his expansive Long Island estate, which features seven bedrooms and seven fireplaces. Hannity purchased this property for $8.5 million in 2008. His property collection extends to South Florida and New York, with acquisitions made through shell corporations. The collective value of his real estate holdings is estimated at around $90 million.
